1. Who we are
KLSE Terminal ("KLSE Terminal", "we", "us", or "our") is an analytical and educational platform operated by EPARC for swing traders following Bursa Malaysia. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on KLSE Terminal constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide regulated financial services. Setup classifications, KTR Scores, market tape readings, and reference price levels are model outputs generated from public market data — not personalised advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. Trading equities involves substantial risk of loss. Consult a licensed financial adviser before acting on any information shown here.
KLSE Terminal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Bursa Malaysia Berhad or the Securities Commission Malaysia.
Not gambling, not speculation-for-its-own-sake. KLSE Terminal is a rules-based research tool. Every signal we publish ships with a defined setup, a hard stop-loss, a position size capped by user-set risk-per-trade, a total open-risk cap, and an exit plan with target(s) and a time stop. That is the structural opposite of gambling: a gambler has no stop, no position-sizing rule, and no exit plan. Terms borrowed from probability theory or game theory (e.g. "edge", "expectancy", "perfect basic strategy") describe the mathematical framework used to evaluate trades. They do not imply that trading is a game of chance, and they must not be quoted out of context to suggest that KLSE Terminal encourages gambling with investment capital. Any such characterisation is false.

3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use KLSE Terminal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions & billing
KLSE Terminal offers a Free tier and a paid Pro tier. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish data, scores, or outputs from the platform without our written permission;
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure;
- Share your account or credentials with others;
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, including its models, scoring methodology, design, and content, is owned by EPARC and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform for your personal use during your subscription.
7. Data accuracy & availability
We rely on third-party and public market data. We do not warrant that data, scores, or levels are accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPARC and KLSE Terminal will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
